02Share one link
Drop it in your WhatsApp groups. Members see the design, a size chart and a live counter.
03Everyone pays by UPI
Each member pays for their own piece and gets a receipt. You never touch the money.
04We print
Once the minimum is hit, the printer gets the size list. We approve a photo of the first piece before the full run.
05Delivered. You're rewarded.
Pieces are counted and handed to you in 7 to 14 days, then your reward lands. Short of the minimum? Everyone is refunded.

Good questions.
No. Members pay when they order. Printing starts after the deadline, using the money already collected. You never pay a printer from your own pocket.
You set a minimum count. If it isn't reached by the deadline, everyone gets an automatic full refund, or you can extend the deadline from your dashboard.
Usually 7 to 14 days after the drop closes. Bulk orders for one campus are delivered to the organiser in one box with a checklist.
Every piece is made to order, so we can't refund a size chosen at checkout. The size chart shows real measurements in cm and inches. Misprints, defects and wrong items get a free reprint or a full refund, your choice.
College logos need written permission from the college. Film, series, sports and brand logos or characters can't be printed. Themed designs are welcome as long as they're original.

Terms of Use
In short
MerchDrop is the seller. You pay us, we get your piece printed and delivered.
Nothing is printed until a drop reaches its minimum. If it doesn't, everyone is refunded in full.
Organisers must own, or have permission for, every design they upload.
You must be 18, or order with a parent's or guardian's consent.
1. Who we are
MerchDrop is a sole proprietorship owned by , based at . "MerchDrop", "we" and "us" mean this business. These terms apply when you use merchdrop.in or order through it.
2. How a drop works
An organiser (a club lead, class representative or fest team member) creates a drop with a product, a design, a price, a minimum number of pieces and an order deadline. Members order and pay through the drop's link. When the deadline passes and the minimum has been reached, we send the order for printing. Your contract of sale is with MerchDrop, not with the organiser or the printer.
3. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or place the order with the consent of a parent or guardian. Give your real name and a working phone number so we can confirm and deliver your order.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes. Delivery to your campus is included.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details or UPI PIN.
Your order is confirmed when your payment succeeds and you receive an order ID.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a design breaks these terms. If we do, you get a full refund.
5. When a drop misses its minimum
The organiser can extend the deadline. If the minimum is still not reached at the final deadline, the drop is cancelled and every member is refunded in full, as set out in our policy.
6. Designs and what we print
The organiser confirms they own the design, or have written permission to use it. This includes college names and logos.
We do not print logos, characters or artwork owned by brands, films, series, sports teams or other people without their permission.
We do not print content that is hateful, obscene, threatening or illegal.
We may refuse or remove any design that we believe breaks these rules, and refund any orders already paid.
The organiser lets us use the design to print the order and to show it on the drop page. We will only use it in our own marketing with the organiser's permission.
7. Organiser rewards
Organisers earn a reward shown when they create a drop: a cash amount per piece, or free pieces. Rewards are counted only on pieces that were delivered and not refunded, and are paid after delivery. We may withhold a reward if orders were faked or the drop broke these terms.
8. The product
Every piece is made to order. Colours on screen can differ slightly from fabric, and measurements can vary by about 2 cm (1 inch) from the size chart. Please check the size chart before you pay.
9. Delivery, cancellations and refunds

10. Using the site fairly
Don't place fake orders, misuse another person's details, try to break or overload the site, or copy its content to run a competing service.
11. Our name and site
The MerchDrop name, logo and website design belong to us. You may share drop links freely.
12. Liability
For any order, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders already placed follow the terms in force when you paid.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first; most issues are solved quickly. Courts at have jurisdiction, and you can also approach a consumer commission or the National Consumer Helpline.

To take, print and deliver your order, and to send order updates on WhatsApp, SMS or email.

To keep the accounting and tax records the law requires.
To prevent fraud and fake orders.
We use your data on the basis of the consent you give at checkout, and for uses the law allows, such as keeping tax records. We will ask again before using it for anything new, such as marketing.
4. Who we share it with
Your drop's organiser: your name, size, back print and whether you've paid, so they can hand out pieces.
Our printer: sizes and back prints. Not your phone number.
Razorpay: to process payments and refunds.
Service providers that host the site, send email and messages, and store data for us, under contracts that limit how they use it.
Authorities, only when the law requires it.
We never sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order data while your order is active and then for as long as tax and accounting laws require. We keep security logs for at least one year. Uploaded artwork is deleted 90 days after a drop is delivered, unless the organiser asks us to keep it for a reorder.
6. Your rights

Ask us to delete it, where we don't need to keep it by law.
Withdraw your consent. This won't affect orders already completed.
Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and tell active users about important changes.

Cancelling
You can cancel at no charge until the drop's deadline. After the deadline, your piece is printed to order, so it can't be cancelled. We never charge a cancellation fee.
When refunds arrive
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, with nothing deducted. We start the refund within 2 working days. Your bank usually credits it within 5 to 7 working days after that.
Reporting a problem
Send your order ID and a clear photo of the issue to within 7 days of delivery. You don't have to return a misprinted piece unless we ask.
Late delivery
If your order hasn't reached your organiser within 21 days of the deadline, you can ask for a full refund. This doesn't apply when the delay is caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters or curfews; we'll keep you updated if that happens.

We currently deliver only to colleges and campuses in Odisha. Home delivery to individual members is not available yet.
How delivery works
After the deadline, if the drop reached its minimum, we send the size list to our printer. We check the first piece, then print the full order. All pieces for a drop are packed together, labelled with each member's name and size, and delivered to the organiser or an agreed collection point on campus.
How long it takes
Usually 7 to 14 days after the order deadline. We send WhatsApp updates when printing starts, when the order is dispatched and when it's delivered.
Delivery charges
None. Delivery to your campus is included in the price.
Collecting your piece
Collect your piece from the organiser. Unclaimed pieces are held for 30 days after delivery.
Delays and damage
If a delay happens, we'll tell you why and give a new date. If your piece arrives damaged or wrong, see .
